Officially Official (a.k.a. The COC arrived!)

Woo-hoo! The COC finally came. It took one week shy of 5 months for it to be issued. Seems quite silly to me, as friends received theirs' in a month! (Same office, same submission time, same scenario!) Oh well, it is here and is official, stating that Jonathan is indeed a US citizen. That single sheet of paper is probably one of the most expensive pieces of paper we will ever get for Jonathan. (Ok... his college degree will be more, but he has to earn that!) It is going in the fireproof safe!

So.... ~ALL~ of Jonathan's adoption related paperwork is done. That means I should really start working on Baby Girl's paper work. We will be doing our home study update soon (I think). Chris and I have to finish the paperwork that is needed prior to the social worker's visit and submit it to our agency. Needs to go on my to do list with priority!

Here is J's certificate and him holding his Green Card, which will now need to be sent back to USCIS.
