Week of Thanks

Today, I am thankful for a clean house. C and I cleaned top to bottom yesterday and this morning. We don't live in a pigsty, but somehow the dust builds up like crazy around here.

Also am thankful our out-of-state family who are visiting for Thanksgiving made it here safe. This includes C's parents and grandparents, otherwise known to J as Grandad, Granma(--), Pepa and Mema.

J woke up from his nap this afternoon, and found our house full. It took a bit for him to warm up, but once he did, I'm pretty sure he thinks he is in heaven. He now has four extra adults to hug, kiss, play peek-a-boo with, get tickled by, etc. He was sooooooo hyper this afternoon!

Finally, am thankful that Mema and Pepa have just as much energy as J! It's amazing to watch them play together, despite the generational difference.

And just to leave you with a glimpse of J's personality.... and because I haven't posted many recently, here is a picture of J: (Yes, he IS wearing sunglasses inside. He wouldn't take them off after we went to get the mail!)
