Oh, wow...yes, I'd say good idea to retire the high chair. He looks good in his new chair at the table (booster, I suppose).
We had to put our high chair away a few months ago for the exact same reason. Even with the big tray hooked on, our son would climb up and stand on the tray. We now use a booster seat. :)
