On Saturday we attended our adoption agency's annual picnic which was a celebration of their 15th year anniversary this year. There was a Korean dance and music company, tae kwon do demonstrations, arts/ crafts, games and of course food. It was a bit rainy and cold, but the sun came out eventually. It was fun to meet people I've only previously been in contact with online in person and to see old friends as well.
J LOVED the dance team and the instruments. He watched quite intently as the dancers and musicians performed. There were also classes on how to play the drums. In between the classes and performances, the instruments were out for everyone to practice on. J and his friends really enjoyed banging drums and even more so the gong.
