Fun With Friends

We reached another big milestone today! J has been home for 3 months. :) We are now halfway through our supervised post-placement period. We have another written parent report due to our agency, but I will wait until after next week to complete it to be able to include all the birthday fun.

Our main event of the day was to go over to a friend's house for lunch and a play date. S was a bit distracted with the huge success of the raffle for baby C, so I brought us all lunch and then the boys played together. Big J and my little J did really well, considering the age difference. Big J gets to use my J to practice being a big brother on. :) The whole afternoon was spent playing with cars and running/walking/crawling laps around the house. Oh, and banging on the piano, which J does any chance he gets.

Here are some pics of the fun:

Little J's mad car carrying skills still crack me up! Too funny!

Thanks for everything! Just the break we needed!
